The #7 cylinder stopped firing in my Chrysler 300c. All new spark plugs and all new and firing fine. Any advice?

The #7 cylinder stopped firing in my Chrysler 300c. All new spark
plugs and are all firing fine. Any advice?

Check your injectors, first run your car in the high revs like second gear keep it there, run around town in second gear, run the old fuel then dump fresh fuel from a well known fuel company..might be just water in the fuel..
