2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd upgrading rims from 17"-20"

I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd I want to upgrade from the Stock 17" rims to
20" rims I know I would have to get the truck leveled. My question is if I go to the 20"
rims and get the truck leveled what is the largest tires I can put on my truck with out
having to get it completely lifted? I would really like some good A/T's or M/T's on my
truck I just don't want it to rub and I also dont want to lift my truck if at all possible.

Any insight is greatly appreciated

i have had mastercraft mxt on my silverado with a 3 inch leveling for about 2 years now and no problems nor any cutting, my tires are 35's and my wheels are 20's
