No crank

My 2011 Silverado got towed, the tow truck driver
broke anti theft device on the key tumbler, got
another one, still won't crank, done the 30min thing,
still won't crank, desperate, please help! Been
stranded for 4 weeks!

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Cranking is starter motor action, are you saying it cranks good but won't start? If the starter motor won't even crank the engine, with testing we can bypass everything to see if starter motor will indeed crank the engine, even so, that doesn't mean it will start. As far as tdm/ theft deterrent module are there any applicable trouble codes? Notice the diagram for tdm, I see two voltage circuits, as you can see fuse protected. One circuit is hot all the time, the other circuit goes hot with key on. Use a test light and check for voltage. The bottom black wire in diagram is a chassis ground, check it the way you would any ground. That's all I got. good luck
