Hi my car is overheating but when I rev the engine it cools
down to normal. In the over heated state the heater doesn't
work and after I rev it the heater works before the temp starts
to rise again. I already replaced the antifreeze resevoir, the
temp sensor, and the thermostat. I also flushed the system to
make sure there were no clogs. My car shows error code
P00B7. Not sure what the problem is can someone help?

Check the coolant level and purge air out of the system. If that does not do it the water pump may need replacing.
You could have a blown intake gasket open hood after engine reaches normal temp see if u smell antifreeze and look on both sides of engine for places that are wet it will be coming from in between head and intake also be water pump I've seen a few that the fins on impeller will rust away and makes the pump unable to circulate the coolant hope this helps

Try bleeding air from system like this. Remove cap from overflow tank fill with antifreeze to full mark leave cap off and start vehicle and let idle you will notice level in tank start to rise this is normal once thermostat starts to open level in tank will drop add more antifreeze to full mark then put cap back on.
Yes I have bled the system, there should be no air in it I also took off the water pump to look and see if that was the problem and it seems just fine to me. I've noticed that when the car is in neutral and I keep it at 2000rpms the temperature stays at normal operating temperature
My radiator sensor states my AC is shut off due to engine overheating, but my temp. gauge does not move from C. So these 2 are not matching information. Radiator overflow tank is full, oil is fine...no leaks around hoses. Any suggestions?
