REAR WINDOW COMING LOOSE

HI,I HAVE A 2005 CROSSFIRE, THE REAR WINDOW IS COMING LOOSE. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER . THEY SAID MY VIN# WAS NOT COVERED. I CALLED CHRYSLER THEY TOLD ME I WAS'NT COVERED TO. I TRIED A COUPLE OTHER NUMBERS TO. MY TOP IS LIKE NEW, IS THERE ANYONE IN OHIO THAT COULD FIX MY WINDOW, SEEMS LIKE THERE'S PLACES IN THE SOUTHERN STATES THAT CAN FIX THE WINDOW. I WAS TOLD BY CHRYSLER I WAS THE 3RD OWNER, BUT I TOLD THEM I ONLY 38,000 MILES ON IT,IT'S LIKE NEW .
