Could be the Varta Battery or the starter, if you can find the starter put a long screwdriver with a well insulated handle between the two exposed bolts, Make sure the car in in park and extend the hood to full upright position by pushing the button and lift it all the way up. Yes, it is made to do it. If the car starts it's the solenoid, if not, the battery. Good luck

it clicks once or it chatters (clicks multiple times) If once, bad solenoid on the starter, chatters weak batt or weak connection to batt

Take both cables off the battery, use a wrench or pliers to bridge the two cables and it will reboot your computer and you'll start just fine.
