Asked by LisiLee Jan 05, 2019 at 06:51 PM about the 2011 Chrysler 200 Limited Sedan FWD

Question type: General

I have a 2011 Chrysler 200. This is starting to
happen more often but not all the time. Sometimes
when I'm driving and I let my foot off the gas, my
car "jumps." Chugs maybe a better word. Then
after that happens my car wont accelerate till the
engine slows down a little. Then it will.continue to
do that everytime I let go off the gas. This only
happens when I have to drive a longer distance
than just running here or there for errands.

The check engine light is on but it has been on for the last 4 years.
