Toyota Corolla A/C is loud

I am looking at a 2011 Toyota Corolla LE to purchase. I was checking it out
and when I turn on the A/C or heater and put fan on 4 the A/C gets very loud.
It is not as loud on 3 and lower. But the A/C and heat still comes out fine and
fast. Is this something I should be concerned about? Or is it normal for toyota
corollas?

Are you saying that the fan is louder in the highest setting.? In the highest setting for fan speed a vacuum door will close and make the fan sound louder. This is normal.
