Why won't a 2005 Sebring not turnover and many multi problems

2005 Sebring - operational one day, next day starter not engaging, no power to radio, horn relay, power top, power mirrors, fuel gauge, power locks, trunk release, wiper system. Other systems appear functional. All fuses appear good. Help! 88yr old fathers pride and joy.
