Remote key fob

I have a2012 Base Mustang with a V6. My problem is when  I use the key fob to unlock my doors, nothing happens. I can lock the doors using the fob, but it will not unlock. All other functions work perfectly.

Sorry for your issues. Just like everything we buy. It wears out. See if one it’s outdated. Because mine was. So I had a new one replaced. Then. Second of all this was years after that the battery went out on it. So see if the battery went out on it. Because I kept trying and trying to figure out why mine was locking unlocking doing weird things in the mist of driving. It can have a mind of its own. Took it in. It needed a new battery. So let them look at it. I know it’s frustrating. Sorry.
