Very unusual for a 3 yo motor to go and a potentially expensive job... are you sure it's the motor?

crowl drains clogged up, same thing in 68 mustang. water shorted motor.Water can come in thru cabin filter. Motor sits lower than than filter.Fuse OK, Fan had no speeds,(if high speed fan only then resister is good) remove 4 (7mm) screws hold glove box, fan is then visible,3- 8mm screws fan drops down, remove wiring(1 plug) reverse then done.Took 30 minutes, motor(rock auto, $65.00) I am 66, so its easy,Dealer wanted 400 plus......

my blower was not working at all... moving the connector at the resistor it came on ..bad connection at the resistor. cleaned and reconnected and works fine now
