Cabin air filter replacement

Your owners manual will tell. Probably behind the glove box.

It is behind the glove box. On our 2014 MKZ I had to remove the glove box to access the cabin air filter. Try doing a search for "cabin filter replacement 2012 Lincoln" to see if a you tube video pops up. Be careful when removing and replacing the glove box because the glove box padded door retails for over $500.00, yes that's 5 HUNDRED!
