Car leaking inside and out

I noticed there is a leak under my car, but I also have some water coming out of
a vent under the dashboard on the passenger side. It's been raining a lot, so
not sure if water is getting in somewhere, or if i have a broken pipe or
something...

I've realized now this only happens when it rains. Is it possible something is broken or allowing water into my car?
