squealing rear brakes with good pads

Pads have been changed out twice with different materials and new rotors but
still squeal.

Okay, didn't know if you changed them yourself or not. The grease goes on the back side of the brake pads and it keeps the squeal in check by giving the pad a little room to move around. Sometimes squeal can be caused by pad material, cheap rotors, rotor surface incompatible with pads, improper installation, etc. Keep us posted.
