My 2005 Chrysler Pacifica will not go past 40 miles per hour, What could be the problem

Same problem won’t go over 35 it all happened when I went through a puddle water

I have a w004 when I get on the gas it would not move what's the problem

I have a Chrysler Pacifica 2005 and I can’t go over 40-45 unless down hill and sometimes 25 I’ve changed the EGR valve, o2 sensor and oil pressure switch checked spark plugs, unhooked battery and let sit and it still does it! If anyone has any answers please share!
