Altima navigation say no map disc but there is a disc

take the disc out and clean it, it may have some dust, or finger prints on it, and if you can see the eye, the eye reads your disc. then take a q-tip with some windex on it and try to clean that too...hope this helps

Yes I cleaned disc and I also put a cleaner disc in the cleaner disc has a little brush on it after cleaning it still says no map disc

DON'T TAKE THIS PERSONALY, BUT SOME READERS ARE ON THE TOP, AND SOME ARE ON THE BOTTOM,DID YOU TRY FLIPPING THE DISC?

When I first took the disc out the label was facing up. In out the disc back in the same way What should I try next
