Will a Ford 3.5L v6 twin turbo engine fit in a 2005 Ford Ranger?

Maybe it is possible but you would have to re-engineer the whole engine compartment.

I suspect the twin turbos make the engine pretty wide. Then there is the intercooler.
32 inches wide at the widest point is wider than a Ford 460 big block. Wow they sure don't look the wide. See the link below for external dimensions of the 3.5 Ecoboost. Please note that the dimensions are in millimeters so conversion to inches is necessary.
