You need to disconnect the motor mounts, take the top of the fan shroud off, have to disconnect the exhaust from the exhaust manifolds, and drop the oil filter housing for ease of working with the oil pan. Then you need a cherry-picker and lift up the front of the motor. Then you will be able to slide it past the cross-member.
A frame cross member is in the way.
