2000 Ford Explorer

Had a hole in water hose by the thermostat
housing now has been replaced but will not start.
Cranks but no fire

What got wet when you replaced the hose? If it was spraying on or around the distributor or coil, it may need to be dried out. Also check to see if any wiring was disconnected in the process.
