engine and transmission

You would be way better off just buying a newer car with the engine and transmission you want. I am not sure the 10 speed is any good. Not enough miles on them to really know.
The malfunction curve on newly developed transmissions is high. My 2010 F 150 with the 6R80 transmission had to go with a valve body replacement (under warranty) and several computer flashes under the 7 year warranty to finally get it right. As FOR suggested, get a newer vehicle and expect problems.
