There would be some work to be done. How much money did you set aside for the swap and are you doing all the work? The 94 used a 5.0L and the 03 has a 4.6L. You would also need the ecm, wiring harnesss, exhaust etc. find another 4.6L from a 1999 to 2004.

Yes ill be doing the work and i got money aside to do the swap just wanted to know exactly what would i all need to do the swap

Right, in some states, you have to use the same year or newer engine, not older due to emissions. I know if you are installing an older engine out of 94, you will need the K member and engine mounts as well to swap over. Wiring might be a challenge. Research it more before you pull the trigger. There isn't much out there, I checked. Most are installing the newer Coyote 5.0L engine into their steeds.

I got a 2003 ford mustang automatic and i was wondering if i could take the motor out and switch it into my 5spd 03 ford mustang
