can I Drill the hole for the drain bigger so the water doesn't fill the passenger
rear floor?

You can but why not fix the leak?

Under the rear seats there are 2 grommets. 1 on each side. You can remove those if your car has a leak. Otherwise like said, new top and or window seals if they are bad. Do the windows line up when closed? They might be out of alignment. LMR.com sells a book and or cd that has all the adjustments needed for 83-93 and 94-04 convertibles. Good luck

Yes I'm doing that .the factory hole is way to small .I plan to make 1/4 to 3/8 hole can't clog easy now
