Have a vacuum leak on brand new ESM, underside of EGR diaphragm.
Electrical connector and vacuum lines good, purge valve good, brand new

Cleared codes and reset KAM multiple times, codes keep coming back.

A bad mass airflow sensor can cause this problem. Hope that helps! Jim
Thank you, Jim, that was the problem! We hadn’t messed with the MAF because the customer had just installed it before bringing the car in to our shop. Turns out it was some cheap no-name brand. Installed a new Hitachi one, and cleared it up!
Awesome!! Thanks for letting us know!! I'm very happy it's fixed!! Glad to help!! Jim
