Accidentally put power steering fluid in transmission

Asked by GuruM9954 May 10, 2020 at 03:16 PM about the 2005 Honda Pilot EX-L AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I accidentally put power steering fluid in my
transmission. I used less than half the bottle
before I realized it wasn't transmission fluid. Will
this effect my transmission in a negative way?

I would have the transmission fluid flush, it's probably due for a fluid change again.
