how can I disable the alarm that goes off when I use my key istead of key fob to unlock door or trunk

I use the key on the drivers side ONLY to unlock the door manually. Then unlock the passenger side door on the inside drivers side multiple locks. The passenger side will cause the alarm to go off if you open it from the outside.

Lock doors by pushing the actual lock down instead of button on door that locks them all.
