go to kbb.com or nada.com to find a ball park figure. The dealer will usually be less then what the site says because thats just how they are. but it should be pretty close.

Keep the 2006 with the low mileage. Two years newer isn't moving up all that much.

Yikes. Have you checked the reliability of the '07 and '08s? The daimler redesign was rife with electrical and electronic problems. Also the early metal folding tops had abundant squeak/seal issues. Above all be sure it never had a collision, or the potential for headaches multiplies. I don't want to be a wet blanket, but consider an extended warranty if you take the plunge.
