which fuse is starter fuse in box under hood for 03 sebring LX. i can't find my manual

My car wouldn't start yesterday. wouldn't jump. had battery tested. dead. new battery put in. still won't start. i was told to check starter and main power fuse. I do not have my manual and looking for legend to tell me which fuses are what under the hood.

I had the same problem with my 2004 Chrysler when i turned the key lights in everything would come on but wouldn't start and i found the problem it was a little yellow 30 watt fuse under the hood,hope this helps

Been along time since this question was asked. Still haven't found a solution? Didn't see one. If you did get it fixed, please let everyone else know, otherwise there's not much point in online forums. Typically, there's a fuse layout/labels in the inside of the fuse box lid. Please let us know how it worked out. Thanks.

Mine was the starter , but you will because it will make a funny metal sound kind of like a cool sounds
