When we tried to start it the other day after sitting outside in 15 degree temp--
no go. Towed it to the garage, it sat inside and 5 hours later started right up.
Any ideas?

Yes - add a block heater and if you can, park it in a garage at night.

A Block Heater is a must and if you can get a truckers blanket and cover it at night. Also check relays.

As temps. drop the resistance of the primary circuit reduces rapidly so at 20 degrees the instantaneous current increases. At subzero temps. a temperature controlled resistance introduced into the ignition primary circuit has successfully solved this problem
