I have a 2003 Chrysler Sebring that keeps blowing a fuse when I try to start it. Is it a wiring problem or could it possibly be the fuel pump or starte

That all depends on which fuse is blowing. If it is the fuel pump fuse the pump could be shorted out causing the fuse to blow.

It's fuse #8 which says starter/fuel. How do I figure out if its the starter or fuel pump?
