How to replace fan control on '03 Sebring Ltd?

The heater fan control on my '03 Ltd convertible now acts like an on/off switch instead of a four-position switch.  Anyone know if the replacement is a do-it-yourself job?  The part is inexpensive.i

Your problem is the resistor pack. According to this website, it is under the dash, passenger side. Near the blower motor. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Where_is_the_blower_resistor_pack_on_a_2004_Chrysler_sebring_touring_sedan
