Another blend door actuator question

Asked by GuruH6T1G Aug 05, 2019 at 06:32 PM about the 2010 Ford F-150 Platinum SuperCrew 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After replacing the blend door actuator, for the defrost floor / vents. And after
disconnecting the battery for over 15 minutes, I am still getting no change when
I go from defrost to air conditioning. This should have all electronic controls,
and I have good heat and cool from left to right and hot to cold. I'm about ready
to take it to the dealer and pay whatever it costs. Are there any suggestions
before I do that?

I should have added this is a 2010 , F150 Platinum with duel air zones, digital control.
