Recently went through flood waters
and after I came out of the flood my AC
stopped blowing cold what could be
the problem. The clutch is not
engaging how can I fix this.

Turn the key to the on position without starting the engine. Check the electrical connection to the compressor to see if it is getting voltage. YOu move backward or forward from there.
