FAN BEHIND GLOVE.

I have a fan that is hitting the plastic it's housed in
behind the glove box I'm pretty sure it is and the
fan is cutting off and on all day and is loud while
hitting the shrowed it's incased in is the fan
running off and on killing my batt.because of a bad
censor? Or could it be the relay is bad?

It called a actuator the part is $40.00 there's a video how to replace it on you tube

HOW DO YOU FIX THIS FOREVER??? BECAUSE I'VE REPLACED THIS STUPID PART 4 TIMES! I'm so tired of the actuator going nuts.
