Sounds like it is-- but lets try something, first get the car running- once it's running disconnect the negative terminal from the battery-- if the motor continues to run the electrical system is good (Alternator, grounds)- if the car immediately shuts off, then the Alternator is toast. Side question do you have an after market sound system in your charger?
We bought a stereo system that was installed by the company we bought the system from.
Thank you I will try your suggestion about the negative terminal...
Well, you might have a bad stereo installation, as well so keep that in mind, and don't forget to let us know when you check this things out. Oh don't forget to like the suggestions too.
I would NEVER disconnect a battery from a running vehicle, NEVER.

HA ha ha... OK-- Bob Beaman! /sarcasm Once someone gave me a similar shpeal about jumping a car only using the positive terminal and a ground on the car, not the ground on the battery-- boy were they wrong- Well, given that the lady has an aftermarket stereo it likely that is her issue anyway. If they wired the stereo direct, then it is drawing power even with the car off.
