Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 09' G5 just had the recall for the ignition fixed about a month ago, and last week my
car stopped turning on. dead. the lights and music and everything else works but when
you go to actually turn  it on, nothing... took it to a small garage.. they say its a security
problem.. is it the new ignition? and do they expect me to pay for that??!! bad enough i
have to get it towed an hour to their shop.. called their service dept many times and no
response.... as usual....

Im going to trade it in when its fixed anyway... any opinions on 2015 scion tc vs 2015 corolla s? killing me to get a 4 door, fell madly in love with the scion.. but the corolla was nice.. and more practical i suppose for potential kids someday... cannot decide!!!
