Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just gave daughter this car 2 months ago. Had all belts and hoses ,etc.
replaced. Drives great. Now it is overheating then blows cold air. No leaks of
antifreeze or from anywhere found. Thermostat checked out ok. Topped off
antifreeze and ran fine a few days and now blowing cold air instead of heat
again. Car guys thinks it’s a head gasket?  I can’t afford another $1500 to keep
this car going? Help please?
