My 07 Ranger doesn't have cruise control, is it practical it think I could get the parts from bone yard to install the factory system. Thanks
If possible I'd rather have the factory system then an after market unit.

This is happening to my '97 Ford Ranger. Can someone tell me what is causing oil to seep into the air filter area? Someone told me its either a piston ring is faulty or the piston combustion chamber has worn out.
