02 sebring not starting

My 02 sebring convertible is not starting at all.  The
dash lights come on and there is a clicking sound,  
but the motor doesn't crank. I just had the starter
replaced 3 months ago so it shouldn't be that.  
Also I already looked at the fuse problem  these
cars have but the fuse was not blown.
