I have a 2002 sebring 2.7 I change the thermostat also boiling over in the reservoir now I notice the driver side of the radiator is blowing cool air and the other side is blowing hot air any ideas

The water pump or a blocked radiator are suspect. Check the radiator inlet and outlet hoses for pressure and temperature. The radiator interior should not have any corrosion, if it does some of the fins may be blocked. Check also that the electric cooling fan is operating normally, turning on and off as coolant warms. It should run continuously when the a/c is turned on.
+1 on the clogged radiator theory. Flush it thoroughly with clean water and run it again.
