2002 vw passat 2.8

2002 passat  2.8 wont start replaced the water
pump, alternator,  thermostat,  thermostat housing  
And a  sensor  was running  just need a water
pump  and now all that and won't run. Light will
come on and windows will work if you put jumper
cable on.
