regarding my clunk

The clunk only happens when slowing down and happens around 25-26 mph. I have read in some forums that it is most likely the transmission control unit. What do folks think? probably or probably not?

has the transmission ever gone very low on fluid or had the fluid changed recently?if so the transmission may need a quick learn.this is a simple operation that needs to be performed with a scan tool.
