2001 chrysler 300M starts hard when engine is cold, it may that 3-4-5 seconds to start, smell of raw gas after it starts, then runs fine, starts great when the engine is warm

had it to the dealer for a computer check ---no codes, they did a 100,000 mile tune up --no change

check your fuel pressure regulator its probbly bleeding back off to the tank allso check your e-vap canister it may be poisend
