2001 300M Shuts Off when comming to a stop, restarts, Idles OK, Accels OK. Whats Wrong?

This car will shut off as soon as you remove your foot from the pedal but only when in gear, Drive or reverse. The problem is intermitten but does to often. Fuel pump module has been replaced, TPS, MAP and Throttle body, No Errors are reported to a diagnostic computer. Any one have any Idea?

yeah its your idle air control motor..my 1999 300m is doing the same thing and i just pick up this part..i hope this helps you..
