Look over the intake for cracks. May want to look over some sensors, like the MAF, if it got cooked you'll have to replace it. I tell people this all the time, use the tiniest, tiniest amount of starting fluid (if at all) when trying to start an engine, cause a little goes a long way, and it can cause damage to an engine when used in excess. If you do get engine running and it runs rough, may want to get a compression test, in case it damaged a head or intake gasket or piston rings. Hopefully it was just a little backfire though.
