I always use and recommend all season synthetic in my 2000 and now my 2006. Those engine oil galleries are smaller and prone to sludging. Synthetic flows and endures higher temps better, remains thin in cold temps for easier starts, and can extend service intervals. Definitely worth any added cost IMV, these engines can easily go 200k with regular maintenance.

My 2001 Chrysler Sebring LXI Coupe has the 3.0 what would be the best oil to use for it it has 230000 on it

Congratulations on 230K. Is the engine exhibiting oil consumption, or showing exhaust smoke? Switching to 100% synthetic if it has not been lately used, at high mileage can lead to oil burning due to its free-flowing quality. A synthetic blend might be a better choice in this case. If the engine has not been repaired, it also might be a good idea to remove a valve cover and check for sludge formation, and/or drop oil pan to check for same. If none, keep using what has been used. This engine is getting close to the end of it's useful life.
