I'd try to jump start the battery first. I had a battery die just like that about 5 years ago. It was running fine and the next time it didn't start at all. I know a battery usually gives some indications via the clock, lights, hard start. etc. Sometimes they just die permanently, Sort of like a battery heart attack.

OK, if the car starts, the battery itself is fine, and the main battery connection is getting a decent connection. I would be interested in following the Main battery cable back towards the Main Fuse Block. It sounds like there is a loose or corroded connection of the main battery lead at the Fuse block. Check for corrosion, clean and check dash lights.

Have a 1995 jeep Cherokee 4.0, replaced all fuses, ignition switch and still have no power going to dash, ignition, and when I turn the key nothing

Always chack current from the battery to the first place it goes. So often it is loss of power through corroded terminals. Especially if it won't take a jump.
