car wont start good battery changed starter what is the problem?

Turning over but not starting or not turning over at all? If it's the latter then check all battery connections. Clean and repair if there are frayed wires sticking out. Also check the negative battery cable where it connects to the frame and motor. If it's loose or dirty this will cause a no start issue.
