If someone wants to look at it and actually purchase it what do I do next go ahead and get payment and take them to secretary of state to transfer everything over to them????? I am totally in dark as how this works with car gurus.

If this were my car I would accept a cash payment and transfer the title at the DMV office or just give them the signed title and a bill of sale.
