Cooling fan don't work after 30 minutes when car running

My 2001 sebring coupe 3.0, v6, don't work the cooling fan that going next to the radiator,
already replace, termostat, radiator because was braking I think was because was hot,
temperature sensor, and after 30 minutes fan don't star to work, gauge temp is ok but
radiator and hose are so hot, also if I move or remove the wire from temperature sensor
fans star work, is weird

Have you reset try resetting the computer?
