I can't get the change oil light to turn off, service station tried, I tried manually & even with a scan tool, still to no avail. Why would it stay lit? How else can I get reset?

Cut key to the on position ,to the left of the steering wheel is the driver information center,flip through with mode button to the oil,then hold the reset button for 5 seconds,flip key to off after reset,then back on,should reset it to 0%,if you need more info,go to youtube there are videos to show you this.

I have also tried the manual way (key on depress gas 3 times in 5 second, key of, start) but it don't work for 3 different people that have tried
